Returns and Refunds
In-Store Purchases
NO REFUNDS - Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We offer exchange or Store Credit within 7 days of purchase date.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Online Purchases:
We make partial refunds for the items returned within 30 days of sale. A 20% Restocking Fee will be charged for the unopened, unwanted item. A 50% restocking fee will be charged for an item or its accessories used or opened from its plastic wrap and returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Partial Refunds and Restocking Fee policy. You will receive:
80% of the item's price: if the item is returned in its original un-opened condition within 30 days of sale.
50% of the item's price: Health and Beauty items, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records that were opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) and returned within 30 days of sale;
Up to 50% of the item's price: Items that are not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use, or damaged, missing parts and returned within 30 days of sale;
0% of the item's price: Open software

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or given store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at razzaks747@gmail.com and send your item to: Razzaks Computers Inc, 747 Don Mills Road, Unit 22A, Toronto ON M3C1T2, Canada.
Warranty (if applicable)
We do not provide any warranty from the store for the items purchased. If you receive any item defective or damaged, please notify us at our email razzaks747@yahoo.com within 3 days of receiving it. Some items may carry full or partial manufacturer's warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty information.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit or exchange, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
